I created Scholars in Action as a way to support educators and parents as they empower students to become active participants in the curriculum development process. Now, I’ve transitioned from a simple blog to a more comprehensive resource site and official nonprofit organization. My site encompasses online resources and curriculum tools for educators and parents. As I develop new courses, lesson plans, and instructional materials, I will post those items here. Single Seed Enrichment School, Inc. is a separate entity–my 501(c)(3)–birthed from my blog that provides free tutorials to children in Bexar County and will propose a new PK-12 charter school. Whether you’re looking for educational articles, homeschool/enrichment activities, lesson plans, instructional coaching, or a new school, I encourage you to add this initiative to your foundational support system.
